Additionally, one of our experienced staff members will be there to personally guide you through our workout guidelines and help you feel comfortable and prepared.

What should I expect in my first couple of weeks?
During your first weeks, expect to train at a moderate pace. We prioritize teaching you the fundamental mechanics of each exercise, ensuring you have a solid foundation.
Once you’re consistent with proper mechanics, we gradually increase the intensity. It’s normal to feel sore, as it signifies that you’re working hard and breaking down muscle fibers. Adequate rest, hydration, and incorporating natural anti-inflammatories like turmeric or fish oil can aid in recovery.
Remember, even if you’re sore, don’t stop training. Keep moving and flushing out lactic acid to facilitate recovery.
With practice, consistency, and determination, you will achieve your goals. Believe in yourself, and you’ll succeed!
Do you provide private sessions?

What kind of shoes are recommended for the gym?
We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing dirty shoes inside the gym. It is advised to have a separate pair of shoes specifically dedicated to interval training. These shoes should be different from the ones you use for running or outdoor activities, such as going to the park or trails on weekends. By having a designated pair for your gym workouts, you ensure cleanliness and appropriate support for your training sessions.
What is your policy on Dogs in the gym?
